New Tacoma

New Tacoma is made up of several districts, including the Dome District, Midtown, Stadium, and lower Pacific Avenue.  It is a rapidly growing area offering many home types from apartments to single family homes.  It is home to the Tacoma Art Museum, Washington State History Museum, and Children’s Museum.

Proctor

Situated just a short walk down the street from the University of Puget Sound is the very charming neighborhood of Proctor. Desired for it’s convenience, it is well situated for quick access to Downtown Tacoma, I-5 and the quaint Gig Harbor.  Proctor is known for its locally owned businesses and boutiques and its family friendliness and great restaurants.

Northeast Tacoma

Looking out over Commencement Bay and the Port of Tacoma is Tacoma’s Northeast district. One of Tacoma’s most established areas, it contains breath-taking views and scenic routes that are simply incredible!

Ruston / Old Town

One of Tacoma’s more  popular neighborhoods, this waterfront village is highly sought after. Sitting high on the hill in the city’s northend, this mix of new and vintage homes offers extraordinary views of the Puget Sound.  Ruston simply breams with activity while still maintaining a very relaxed and community feel.

West End

Containing some of Tacoma’s most spectacular views is the beautiful West-End neighborhood.  Close to the Tacoma Narrow Bridge, this gently sloping area is a mix of different housing options and styles.  Much of the area consist of the Puget Sound shoreline, so there’s a good change of seeing some of Tacoma’s wild and marine life.
